We believe in the apostolic patterns and ministry displayed in the Early Church. 5-Fold Global Equipping Teams follow the mission instructions of Jesus and the operational examples of Peter and John, Paul and Barnabas, Paul, Silas, and Timothy, and Apollos, Aquila and Priscilla, who labored together “turning the world upside down,” Our teams unite to do the same thing in the 21st century with the same ministry distinctives. How do we do this? Without being legalistic, we employ the teamwork and sending guidelines Jesus Himself used to instruct His disciples.

Operational Guidelines
I. Upholding the Simplicity and Sincerity of the Gospel of Jesus Christ (Philippians 1:15-16;
2 Corinthians 4:2-6; 11:2-4)
A. Reports of attendance, salvations, healings, etc. are not to be exaggerated to promote an individual minister or ministry.
B. Primary speakers and team leaders are not to be unduly exalted because that which is beyond the high esteem of Scripture tempts to pride.
C. Immediate follow-up of new converts through house to house visitation, revival meetings, and Bible studies should not be delayed giving place to the devil.
D. Team ministry should be emphasized over personal ministry that all may give glory to God alone.
E. God's Word must always be emphasized above personal charisma.
F. Faithfulness and trust in God are to be encouraged in small things rather than envy and strife for the larger things.
G. All partners need to renounce ancestral traditions and customs that reflect sexual immorality and witchcraft, which are contrary to God's word. (i.e. idol worship, polygamy, the drinking of blood...)
II. Handling Finances with Godly Integrity (Matthew 6:21, 24; 10:7-8; Luke 10:5-7; Acts 20:32-35;
2 Corinthians 8:1-9:15; Philippians 4:15-20)
A. It is not recommended to take up offerings at crusades or evangelistic meetings because this tends to send the wrong message to unbelievers and may interfere with the true gospel.
B. All partners should share in operational expenses in proportion to their faith and means.
C. Third world countries should accept the challenge to provide an agreed upon portion for strategic operations including volunteer labor, which leads to God's blessing.
D. Finances and needs should not be inflated because this is dishonest and reflects greed.
E. Partners who receive financial contributions are responsible under God and by law to use those finances for the designated purpose within a reasonable period of time unless otherwise clarified with contributors.
F. Partners should not use 5-Fold Global Ministries primarily as a means to gain financial support.
G. Partners who receive financial assistance from 5-Fold Global Ministries are required to provide a written report on the usage of the finances to ensure Godly integrity.
H. 5-Fold Global Ministries highly recommends that the onsite provision (food, housing, etc.) for apostolic training teams be in accordance with the instructions of Jesus (Matthew 10:5-20; Mark 6:7-12;
Luke 9:1-6; 10:1-16).
